1. Equipped with optical fiber or inductive self-inspection mechanism, it can automatically remove the defective plates with missing grains, and the packaging yield can reach 100%.
2. The main transmission part adopts parallel shaft helical gear reducer, with novel structure, stable operation, low noise and long life.
3. Mould pin positioning, pressing plate fastening, convenient and accurate mould changing, saving packaging materials.
4. The heat-sealing station can freely move and adjust the distance between the fixing, forming, batch numbering, indentation and punching devices, which is convenient for correction and easy to operate.
