The Vacuum Emulsifying Mixer it adopts Germany combined six-layers
shearing teeth structure, which gets dozens of times of
emulsification effect every time the homogenizer shears the
material. It is suitable for products of various viscosity such as
face cream, , ointment, shampoo, etc. It is widely applied for
different industry in such industries as food, cosmetics, medicine,
grease, daily chemical industry, detergent, pesticide and chemical
industry etc.

•Part of material in contact with material SUS316L , no dead corner
, equipment inside and outside surface are mirror polished, it can

•Vacuum Homogenizing Emulsification Tank is with CIP cleaning
system, avoid the traditional cleaning method , make clean work
easier and efficient..
•Mixing system adopts double scrape side mixing and frequency
control of motor speed, can meet different process requirements of
production
•Vacuum deaeration can make the material meet sanitary aseptic
requirements, and can adopt suction feeding, especially the powder
can prevent the dust float in the sky.
•According to the process requirement, the tank can heating or
cooling material , heating type can be selected according to the
customer request steam or electric heating.
•Advanced electric control system adopts PLC control, with true
color touch screen, comprehensive monitoring material temperature,
stirring and homogeneous speed, time and other data, real-time
detect, record and print the relevant data, imput and output
related data.
System Components
Vacuum Homogenizing Emulsification Tank include emulsification
mixing tank, vacuum system, hydraulic system, electrical control
system and operating platform .
Emulsification mixing tank 's accessary :liquid inlet with stainless steel pipeline filter, solid inlet,
vacuum port, compressed air inlet ,vacuum rupture , sight glass ,
temperature sensor , CIP device ,outlet and dustproof sterile
breathing apparatus .
